The Act of the Establishment of Juvenile Reformatory Schools and Enforcement of Education Article 12
A Reformatory School shall establish divisions of academic affairs, disciplinary affairs, counseling, and general affairs, a security brigade, and an infirmary. Divisions with busy works may establish sections.
