The Act of the Cooperative Education Implementation in Senior High Schools and the Protection of Student Participants’ Rights Article 4

The central competent authority, in conjunction with the labor administration competent authority, shall conduct an annual survey on matters concerning the protection of the rights and interests of student participants as stipulated in this Act and publish the survey report.If necessary, the former survey may be commissioned to an academic or professional organization.The results of the first survey shall be used as a reference for the competent authorities at all levels to formulate policies on cooperative education, and to select the types of industries for partner institutions.
