Regulations Governing Prevention of Gender-Related Incidents on Campuses Article 3
The educational institution or the competent authority shall compile information on the prevention of gender-related incidents on campus and remedy procedures available and when handling such incidents take the initiative to provide the information to relevant personnel.The information referred to in the preceding paragraph shall include the following items:1.The definition and categories of campus gender-related incidents, and the related legislation.2. The protection of the rights of the victim and the necessary assistance that is provided by the educational institution.3. The mechanisms for applying for an investigation, and requesting a reconsideration, and remedy-seeking.4. The related competent authority and responsible unit.5. Organizations and networks that provide resources and assistance.6. Other matters that the gender committee of the educational institution or the gender committee of the competent authority considers necessary.

學校或主管機關應蒐集校園性別事件防治與救濟等資訊，並於處理事件時，主動提供予相關人員。
前項資訊應包括下列事項：
一、校園性別事件之界定、類型及相關法規。
二、被害人之權益保障及學校所提供之必要協助。
三、申請調查、申復及救濟之機制。
四、相關之主管機關及權責單位。
五、提供資源協助之團體及網絡。
六、其他該校或主管機關性平會認為必要之事項。
前項資訊應包括下列事項：
一、校園性別事件之界定、類型及相關法規。
二、被害人之權益保障及學校所提供之必要協助。
三、申請調查、申復及救濟之機制。
四、相關之主管機關及權責單位。
五、提供資源協助之團體及網絡。
六、其他該校或主管機關性平會認為必要之事項。
