Regulations Regarding Study and Counseling Assistance for Overseas Compatriot Students in Taiwan Article 22-1

If an investigation verifies that an overseas compatriot student has violated the provisions of the Employment Services Act, their school, college, or university or the appropriate competent authority shall immediately handle the matter in accordance with the regulations.If a school, college, or university does not handle a matter in accordance with the provisions of the previous paragraph, depending on the circumstances, the appropriate competent education administration authority may also adjust the overseas compatriot student enrollment quota for that school, college, or university.
