Regulations Regarding the Establishment of and Special Recognition for Private Social Education Institutions Article 15
The board of directors of a private social education institution that is a foundation has the following functions and powers:1) writing and amending the constitution and by-laws of the board of directors;2) selection and dismissal of directors;3) appointment and dismissal of the person in charge of the institution;4) review and approval of the institution's development plan and reports.5) custody and use of the institution’s fund.6) fundraising to meet expenses;5) review and approval of annual budgets and final accounts.6) supervision of financial matters.
