School Health Act Article 12

Schools shall increase the counseling and care they provide for students with heart disease, asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, and hemophilia, cancer, mental illness, rare diseases, and any other major illness, and students with disabilities. When necessary, their schoolwork and activities may be adjusted to accommodate their needs.
中文原文 學校衛生法第12條
學校對患有心臟病、氣喘、癲癇、糖尿病、血友病、癌症、精神疾病、罕見疾病及其他重大傷病或身心障礙之學生，應加強輔導與照顧；必要時，得調整其課業及活動。
