School Health Act Article 13

When a school becomes aware that any student or any staff member has contracted a communicable disease, or if there are any concerns about risk of contagion within the school, it shall undertake appropriate epidemic prevention and monitoring measures in conjunction with the health and environmental protection authorities. When necessary, access to the school may be prohibited.The competent authority at each level may order the suspension of classes to prevent a school from spreading a communicable disease and shall assist schools to prepare appropriate epidemic prevention materials.
中文原文 學校衛生法第13條
學校發現學生或教職員工罹患傳染病或有造成校內傳染之虞時，應會同衛生、環境保護機關做好防疫及監控措施；必要時，得禁止到校。
