Education Act for Indigenous Peoples Article 20

In order to develop indigenous education, the competent education authorities at all levels may designate public schools at senior secondary level and below under its jurisdiction, or schools that have applied to do so, to provide school-based experimental education, applying, mutatis mutandis, the provisions of the Enforcement Rules for the Act for School-based Experimental Education.In order to promote the education referred to in the preceding paragraph, tertiary colleges, universities, and senior secondary schools may implement a single-track educational system after obtaining approval from the competent education authority.
