Education Act for Indigenous Peoples Article 21
In order to develop indigenous education, the competent education authorities may designate public schools at senior secondary level and below under its jurisdiction, or schools that have applied to do so, to provide experimental education in some classes.The regulations governing the experimental education in some classes referred to in the preceding paragraph shall be prescribed by the central competent education authority.

教育主管機關為發展原住民族教育，得指定所屬公立高級中等以下學校，或由學校提出申請，辦理部分班級實驗教育。
