Regulations for Publication of Government Procurement Notices and Government Procurement Gazette Article 16
A notice of the name of supplier and the relevant circumstance pursuant to paragraph 3 of Article 102 of the Act shall contain the following items:1. job number, if applicable;2. name, address, contact person (or unit) and contact phone number of the entity;3. summary of the subject of procurement;4. name and address of supplier;5. circumstance pursuant to any of the subparagraphs of paragraph 1of Article 101 of the Act;6. the period pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 103 of the Act; and7. others determined by the responsible entity.

依本法第一百零二條第三項規定辦理廠商名稱與相關情形之公告，應登載下列事項：
一、有案號者，其案號。
二、機關之名稱、地址、聯絡人（或單位）及聯絡電話。
三、採購標的摘要。
四、廠商名稱及地址。
五、符合本法第一百零一條第一項各款所列之情形。
六、本法第一百零三條第一項規定之期間。
七、其他經主管機關指定者。
