Regulations for Publication of Government Procurement Notices and Government Procurement Gazette Article 17
a notice of suspension pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 103 of the Act shall contain the following items:1. job number, if applicable;2. name, address, contact person (or unit) and contact phone number of the entity;3. summary of the subject of procurement;4. name and address of supplier;5. the originally published circumstance pursuant to any of the subparagraphs of paragraph 1 of Article 101 of the Act;6. date of publication of the original notice on the Procurement Gazette;7. reason of suspension; and8. others determined by the responsible entity.

依本法第一百零三條第一項規定辦理註銷之公告，應登載下列事項：
一、有案號者，其案號。
二、機關之名稱、地址、聯絡人（或單位）及聯絡電話。
三、採購標的摘要。
四、廠商名稱及地址。
五、原刊登符合本法第一百零一條第一項各款所列之情形。
六、原刊登採購公報日期。
七、註銷之事由。
八、其他經主管機關指定者。
