Regulations Governing Customs Clearance Procedures for Maritime Express Consignments Article 9
The maritime express operator shall submit the following documents to Customs for registration:1. Application Form: The form shall specify the company name, Business Administration Number (BAN), location, and the name, address, National ID Card number and telephone number of the responsible person. If the responsible person does not have a National ID Card Number, his (her) passport number or Resident Certificate Number must be provided.2. Maritime contracting and transport permit documents (including combined sea/air transport) and their photocopies.The aforementioned operator which does not possess customs brokerage qualifications, they shall designate a cooperating customs broker and submit their original customs brokerage license and its photocopy.

海運快遞業者應檢具下列文件向海關申請登記：
一、申請書：載明公司名稱、統一編號、所在地、負責人姓名、地址、身分證統一編號及電話號碼；負責人無身分證統一編號者，應註明護照號碼或居留證統一證號。
二、海運承攬運送業許可文件（含海空合一）及其影本。
前項業者未具備報關業資格者，應指定配合之報關業者，並檢附其報關業務證照及其影本。
