Regulations Governing Customs Clearance Procedures for Maritime Express Consignments Article 8-1

Containers carrying maritime express consignments shall be dismantled and delivered to the warehouse within three working days from the day after being stored in the temporary container storage area. However, in special circumstances approved by Customs, this time limit may not apply.Operators of the Unit who applied to Customs for establishment before the amendment of the Regulations on May 20, 2021 but have not established a temporary container storage area , may store containers carrying maritime express consignments in temporary storage areas outside the Unit approved by Customs. Such storage shall be subject to the provisions set forth in the preceding paragraph.
