The Act of Wartime Contraband Article 6
Paragraph 1The following articles and materials shall not be the wartime contraband except when there are other stipulations.Subparagraph 1The medicines and medical equipments which are used to heal the patients. Subparagraph 2The articles and materials for self use in ship and the necessities for seafarers and passengers on the voyage.Paragraph 2The medicines and medical equipments transported to the embargo areas and consignees of wartime contraband prescribed in Article 7 provided in Subparagraph 1 of the preceding Paragraph can be requisitioned for military use.

左列物件及材料，除另有規定外，不得作為戰時禁制品：
一、醫護病人用之藥品及器材。
二、船舶內自用之物件及材料，或航行中供該船舶內船員及乘客所必需之物件。
前項第一款所指之藥品及器材，如係運送第七條所規定之禁運區域與禁運對象者，於軍事上有必要時得徵用之。
