Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 72
A person who fabricates or disseminates a rumor or false information regarding military for purpose that it be communicated to the pubic shall be subject to imprisonment for not more than three years, detention, or a fine of not more than NT$300,000.A person who commits an offense specified in the preceding paragraph through broadcasting TV, electronic communication, Internet or other media may have the punishment prescribed for such offense increased by half.

意圖散布於眾，捏造或傳述關於軍事上之謠言或不實訊息者，處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或新臺幣三十萬元以下罰金。
以廣播電視、電子通訊、網際網路或其他傳播工具犯前項之罪者，得加重其刑至二分之一。
