Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 71
A person who defrauds a guard, sentry, or a person who takes the duty of guarding on the alert to pass the place on the alert, or to pass with recalcitrance shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than one year, detention, or a fine of not more than 100,000 yuan.

欺矇衛兵、哨兵或其他擔任警戒職務之人，而通過其警戒之處所，或不服其禁止而通過者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或新臺幣十萬元以下罰金。
