Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 70
A person who insults a guard, sentry, or a person who takes the duty of guarding on the alert or on transmission presently or insults the duty that is in execution publicly shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than one year, detention, or a fine of not more than 100,000 yuan.

對於衛兵、哨兵或其他擔任警戒、傳令職務之人執行職務時，當場侮辱，或對於其執行之職務公然侮辱者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或新臺幣十萬元以下罰金。
