Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 73
A person who intends to influence a person who has the power to appoint, propose, deliberate, ratify the decision of appointment, promoting, degradation and sends fake information which is disadvantageous to others anonymously shall be punished with imprisonment for for not more than one year, detention, or a fine of not more than 100,000 yuan.A person who knows the anonymous information is fake still offers a person who has the power of investigation or the authority of personnel office as referring shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than six months, detention, or a fine of not more than 50,000 yuan.
中文原文 陸海空軍刑法第73條
意圖影響有任命、建議、審議、核可或同意權人，關於任命、陞遷、降免職役之決定，而匿名或冒名發送不利於他人之虛偽訊息者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或新臺幣十萬元以下罰金。
明知其為匿名或冒名之虛偽訊息，而提供有調查或人事權責之人參考者，處六月以下有期徒刑、拘役或新臺幣五萬元以下罰金。
