Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 63
A person who exports, interferes, changes electromagnetic records or hinders its accuracy by other illegally means shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than five years.If the offence committed in wartime shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than three years and not more than ten years. If the offence caused the injury to the military shall be punished with imprisonment for life or imprisonment for not less than seven years.
中文原文 陸海空軍刑法第63條
意圖損害軍事利益，非法輸出、干擾、變更、刪除軍事電磁紀錄，或以他法妨害其正確性者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
戰時犯前項之罪者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑；致生軍事上之不利益者，處無期徒刑或七年以上有期徒刑。
