Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 64
A person who illegally occupies military arms or ammunition shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than three years and not more than ten years.A person who commits the offence of the preceding paragraph with intent to commit a crime for him self or for others shall be punished with imprisonment for life or imprisonment for not less than ten years.A person who illegally occupied military materials that were not mentioned in the preceding paragraph shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than one year and not more than seven years.An attempt to commit an offence specified in the three preceding paragraph is punishable.If the offence of preceding paragraphⅠand Ⅲ is committed shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than five years.
中文原文 陸海空軍刑法第64條
竊取或侵占軍用武器或彈藥者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
意圖供自己或他人犯罪之用，而犯前項之罪者，處無期徒刑或十年以上有期徒刑。
竊取或侵占第一項以外之軍用物品者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
前三項之未遂犯，罰之。
犯第一項或第三項之罪，情節輕微者，處五年以下有期徒刑。
意圖供自己或他人犯罪之用，而犯前項之罪者，處無期徒刑或十年以上有期徒刑。
竊取或侵占第一項以外之軍用物品者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
