Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 56
A person who grabs belongings of the dead or the injured soldiers from his own country, friendly country or the enemy without reason shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than one year and not more than seven years.An attempt to commit an offence specified in the preceding paragraphs is punishable.

在戰地無故攫取傷病或死亡國軍、友軍或敵軍之財物者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
