Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 55
A person who attacks hospital, medical installation, medical transportation or medical staff with reasons shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than one year and not more than seven years. The Code also applies to a person who attacks a negotiation representative or a field correspondent.

戰時無故攻擊醫院、醫療設施、醫療運輸工具或醫療救護人員者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
