Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 43
A commander who deserts the injured subordinate without reasons shall be punished with imprisonment for not less without reasons than one year and not more than seven years. If the death of a soldier results from the commitment of the offence, the commander shall be punished with imprisonment for life or imprisonment for not less than seven years; if the soldier is seriously harmed , the commander shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than three years and not more than ten years.

戰時長官無故遺棄傷病部屬者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
因而致人於死者，處無期徒刑或七年以上有期徒刑；致重傷者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
