Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 42
A commander who leaves the subordinate, leaves the assigned defensive place or move the post without authorization shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than one year and not more than seven years. If the above-mentioned offence committed in wartime shall be punished with imprisonment for life or imprisonment for not less than seven years.If the offence caused the injury to the military shall be punished with death or imprisonment for life.
中文原文 陸海空軍刑法第42條
長官擅離部屬、配置地或擅自遷移部隊駐地者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
戰時犯前項之罪者，處無期徒刑或七年以上有期徒刑；致生軍事上之不利益者，處死刑或無期徒刑。
