Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 33
A person, the prisoner in custody and sets free or facilitates his escape shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than one year and not more than seven years.A person who commits the offences in the preceding paragraphs unpremeditatedly shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than one year, detention, or a fine of not more than 100,000 yuan.An attempt to commit an offence specified in the preceding paragraph is punishable.
中文原文 陸海空軍刑法第33條
有看守或管理俘虜職務之人，縱放俘虜或便利其脫逃者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
因過失犯前項之罪者，處一年以下有期徒刑、拘役或新臺幣十萬元以下罰金。
第一項以外之人，縱放俘虜或便利其脫逃者，處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或新臺幣三十萬元以下罰金。
第一項之未遂犯，罰之。
