Criminal Code of the Armed Forces Article 32
A person who takes the duty of supplying or transporting arms, ammunition, food, coverlets and clothes and other important materials for military use causes the lack or delay without reasons and causes the injury of the military shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than one year and not more than seven years.A person who commits the offences in the preceding paragraphs unpremeditatedly shall be punished with imprisonment for not more than three years, detention, or a fine of not more than 300,000 yuan.A person who commits the offence in the first paragraph in wartime shall be punished with imprisonment for life or imprisonment for not less than seven years; if he committed the offence in the second paragraph in wartime shall be punished with imprisonment for not less than three years and not more than ten years.

有補給或運輸武器、彈藥、糧秣、被服或其他重要軍用物品職務之人，無故使之缺乏或遲誤，致生軍事上之不利益者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
因過失犯前項之罪者，處三年以下有期徒刑、拘役或新臺幣三十萬元以下罰金。
戰時犯第一項之罪者，處無期徒刑或七年以上有期徒刑；犯第二項之罪者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
