Standards for Granting Convicts Compensation in Wrongful Trials on Charges of Sedition and Espionage during the Martial Law Period Article 4
Convicts compensated in accordance with the third paragraph of Article 2 or the preceding article shall be granted compensation with additional 10 units, if they were deceased during their imprisonment or within 1 month after being bailed out for medical care. But the total amount of compensation may not exceed 59 units.
