Punishment Act for Violation to Military Service System Article 17
Paragraph 1Carrying weapons by group and fighting publicly against a military service will be sentenced to no less than 3 years but less than 10 years of imprisonment.Paragraph 2Committing the crime stated above, and caused the death to a person, will be sentenced to death, life imprisonment or no less than 10 years of imprisonment, caused serious injury, will be sentenced to life imprisonment or no less than 10 years of imprisonment.Paragraph 3Committing the crime stated in the above two paragraphs and as a ringleader will be sentenced to death or life imprisonment.
中文原文 妨害兵役治罪條例第17條
公然聚眾持械反抗兵役推行者，處三年以上十年以下有期徒刑。
犯前項之罪，因而致人於死者，處死刑、無期徒刑或十年以上有期徒刑；致重傷者，處無期徒刑或十年以上有期徒刑。
犯前二項之罪首謀者，處死刑或無期徒刑。
