Punishment Act for Violation to Military Service System Article 16
Paragraph 1Carrying weapons by group and obstructing a military service will be sentenced to no less than one year but less than 7 years of imprisonment.Paragraph 2Committing the crime stated above and caused the death to a person, will be sentenced to death, life imprisonment or no less than 10 years of imprisonment, caused serious injury to a person, will be sentenced to life imprisonment or no less than 10 years of imprisonment.
中文原文 妨害兵役治罪條例第16條
結夥持械阻撓兵役者，處一年以上七年以下有期徒刑。
犯前項之罪，因而致人於死者，處死刑、無期徒刑或十年以上有期徒刑；致重傷者，處無期徒刑或十年以上有期徒刑。
