Act of Military Education Article 12
The Military Academy should setup a Student Commanding Post or a Student General Post to take charge of student's daily life management and other affairs.One Commander can be setup at the Student Commanding Post,or one General Team Leader at the Student General Post,the hiring conditions are determined by the Ministry of National Defense.However, A person with a Master degree or above will be given priority.

軍事學校應設學生指揮部或學員總隊部，負責學員生之生活管理及其他事務。
前項學生指揮部置指揮官一人，學員總隊部置總隊長一人，其任職條件，由國防部定之。
但具碩士（含）以上學位者，得優先任用之。
