Act of Military Education Article 13
The qualifications of a teacher of the Military Academy is base on the Regulations of Educational Personnel Recruitment Conditions,but the ratio of civil teachers hired for the Basic Educational Schools can not be lower than 1/3.The hiring conditions of the Military Academy Teachers are determined by the Ministry of National Defense.

軍事學校教師之任用資格，依教育人員任用條例規定辦理，其中基礎教育學校文職教師比例不得低於三分之一。
