Act of Military Service for Officers and Non-commissioned Officers of the Armed Forces Article 32
Officers or Non-commissioned Officers having outstanding achievements in the war or in military developments of national defense during their Active Service, will be awarded a one-off outstanding performance bonus when they retired or discharged. The Standard and Amount will be stipulated by the Executive Yuan.
