Conclusion of Treaties Act Article 12
The competent authorities shall submit agreements to the Executive Yuan for review within 30 days of signing. After entering into force, they shall then be published in a proper way and submitted to the Legislative Yuan for reference, unless the content involves state secrets or is diplomatically sensitive to national security or interests.When the Executive Yuan reviews the agreements, as referred to in the preceding paragraph, it shall also request the Secretary-general to the President to forward the agreements to the President.

協定經簽署後，主辦機關應於三十日內報請行政院備查，並於協定生效後，以適當方式周知及送請立法院查照。
但其內容涉及國家機密或有外交顧慮足以影響國家安全或利益者，不在此限。
前項協定，行政院於備查時，並應函請總統府秘書長查照轉呈總統。
