Human Trafficking Prevention Act Article 18
Any suspected victim of human trafficking or child or youth known as victims of human trafficking, shall be provided with placement in accordance with the Child and Youth Sexual Exploitation Prevention Act; in the case of provision concerned is absent, the applicable law shall be presumed to be the Act; if he/she:1. being suspected of committing sexual or lewd acts in exchange for money; or.2. was determined suspected of committing sexual or lewd acts in exchange for money by the court in accordance with the Child and Youth Sexual Exploitation Prevention Act, in the case of as provided in the subparagraph 1.

為疑似人口販運被害人或人口販運被害人之兒童或少年，有下列情形之一者，優先適用兒童及少年性剝削防制條例予以安置保護；該條例未規定者，適用本法之規定：
一、經查獲疑似為有對價之性交或猥褻行為。
二、有前款所定情形，經法院依兒童及少年性剝削防制條例審理認有疑似為有對價之性交或猥褻行為。
