Human Trafficking Prevention Act Article 17
Any suspected human trafficking victim who is a national without household registration in the Taiwan Area, foreigner, stateless person, People of the Mainland Area, Hong Kong or Macau Area resident after being issued a residence permit by the central competent authority, the competent authority or labor affairs competent authority may cancel his/her residence permit, if he/she leaves the shelter without permission, is missing or violates laws or regulations and the violation is deemed to be sufficiently serious.After canceling the residence permit under the preceding paragraph, the central competent authority shall notify the judicial authorities.
中文原文 人口販運防制法第17條
人口販運被害人為臺灣地區無戶籍國民、外國人、無國籍人民、大陸地區人民、香港或澳門居民，經中央主管機關核發居留許可後，有擅離安置處所、行蹤不明或違反法規情事，經各級主管機關、勞動主管機關認定為情節重大者，中央主管機關得廢止其居留許可。
中央主管機關依前項規定廢止居留許可後，應通知司法機關。
