Human Trafficking Prevention Act Article 16
The costs to provide necessary assistance and to repatriate victims back to their country (area) of origin as stated in paragraph 1 of the preceding Article shall be imposed upon the victimizer; multiple victimizers shall bear the joint liability.The competent authorities or labor affairs competent authorities of all levels by which the costs are originated shall order the victimizer to pay within a specific period the costs as stated in the preceding paragraph; any overdue payment shall be referred for compulsory enforcement in accordance with the laws.
中文原文 人口販運防制法第16條
依前條第一項規定提供協助所需之費用及送返原籍國（地）之費用，應由加害人負擔；加害人有數人者，應負連帶責任。
前項應由加害人負擔之費用，由支付費用之各級主管機關或勞動主管機關命加害人限期繳納；屆期未繳納者，依法移送強制執行。
