Human Trafficking Prevention Act Article 19
No person should, unless otherwise provided by law, disclose the human trafficking victim’s name, date of birth, residence, photo, audio/video and other personal identifiable information acquired by him or her in the course of his or her official duties or employment.The government authorities shall not disclose the personal identifiable information of any human trafficking victim as stated in the preceding paragraph when making public any document related to human trafficking cases.

因職務或業務知悉或持有人口販運被害人之姓名、出生年月日、住居所、照片、影音及其他足資識別其身分之資料者，除法律另有規定外，應予保密。
政府機關公示有關人口販運案件之文書時，不得揭露前項人口販運被害人之個人身分資訊。
