The Enforcement Rules of Disaster Prevention and Protection Act Article 19

Upon receiving the priority usage requisition letter, usage requisition letter, purchase requisition letter, or being notified, the enterprise being used at priority, person draft-requisitioned, usage-requisitioned person, or purchase-requisitioned person shall disseminate disaster situation and emergency-related information, or report or deliver the subject matter of usage-requisition or purchase-requisition in accordance with information related to emergency response and dissemination of emergency-related information as specified in priority usage requisition letter or with the prescribed time and place.Emergency operation center or government at each level shall issue a priority usage certificate to the enterprise being used at priority upon completion of the priority usage; or issue to the subject of requisition or subject of the purchasing requisition a disaster rescue ID badge or a certificate of receipt while making proper assignment and operation of the person or the materials of requisition upon the report of the person draft-requisitioned, or upon the delivery of the subject matter of usage-requisition or purchase-requisition.Upon the issuance of priority usage certificate stated in the preceding paragraph, any necessity of continuing the priority usage shall be handled in accordance with Article 11 again; and, prior to the termination of the term of draft requisition or usage requisition, an extension may be specified if it is necessary to continue the requisition, and will be proceed in pursuant to Article 16.
