The rules specified in this part shall be applied to the following places (referred as places of public hazardous Materials in the following context):1. Places prescribed in the Establishment Standard and Safety Control Regulation for Manufacturing, Storing, Processing Public Hazardous Substances and Flammable Pressurized Gases Places.2. Gas station.3. LPS station.4. Natural gas storage tank and flammable high-pressure air storage tank.5. Manufacturer, storage, and retail stores of firecrackers.

適用本編規定之場所（以下簡稱公共危險物品等場所）如下：

五、爆竹煙火製造、儲存及販賣場所。
