Standards for Establishing Places for Manufacturing, Storing, Processing Public Hazardous Substances and Flammable Pressurized Gases, and Regulations on Safety Control of such Places Article 69-1
The supply equipment shall be installed, maintained, inspected and repaired by operators in the liquefied petroleum gas trading place.Operators of the place described in the preceding paragraph shall declare the following information to the trading place and firefighting authority of where the supply equipment is located:1.Name and address of The place of business with LPG manifold system where the gas supply containers;2.The quantity of concatenated uses of the place described in the preceding subparagraph;3.The maintenance, inspection and repair status of the supply equipment located in the place described in Subparagraph 1.4.Any other matters as announced by the central regulating authority.

供應設備應由液化石油氣販賣場所之經營者負責設置、維護及檢修。
前項場所之經營者應每六個月向販賣場所及供應設備所在地之消防機關申報下列資料：
一、供氣之容器串接使用場所名稱及地址。
二、前款場所之串接使用量。
三、第一款場所之供應設備維護及檢修情形。
四、其他經中央主管機關公告之事項。
