Standards for Establishing Places for Manufacturing, Storing, Processing Public Hazardous Substances and Flammable Pressurized Gases, and Regulations on Safety Control of such Places Article 34
If an indoor storage place for the storage of Class 4 public hazardous materials at a flash point above 40℃, its location, construction, and equipment shall meet the following requirements in addition to those set forth in Subparagraphs 2 to 10, 15, 17 of Paragraph 1 of the preceding article. The establishment of its dedicated storage tank room shall not be bounded by Subparagraph 1 of Paragraph 1 of the preceding article:1.The storage tank shall be located in a dedicated storage tank room.2.The storage tank shall be equipped with a device near the inlet that automatically displays its storage capacity unless the capacity can be easily observed from outside the tank.3.The walls, beams, pillars and floors of the dedicated storage tank room shall be of fireproof construction.4.The floor of the upper floor of the dedicated storage tank room shall be of fireproof construction and no ceiling shall be constructed. In the absence of an upper floor, the roof of the building shall be constructed of non-flammable materials.5.No windows shall be installed in dedicated storage tank room.6.The access to the dedicated storage tank room shall be provided with normally closed fire door of 1 hour and more fire rate.7.Ventilation and exhaust equipment used in the dedicated storage tank room shall have fire dampers. However, this does not apply to spaces where piping is constructed of non-flammable materials, installed with sprinklers, or equipped with measures that provide equivalent protection.8.The dedicated storage tank room shall be constructed with measures to prevent leakage of the Six Materials.When a compartment of a manufacturing place or general processing place of the Six Materials is provided for any of the uses described in the preceding paragraph, its location, construction, and equipment shall meet the following requirements in addition to those set forth in the main body and Subparagraphs 1, 2, 5, 7 and 8 of the preceding paragraph.1.The walls, beams, pillars, floors, and floors of the upper floor of the dedicated storage tank room shall be of fireproof construction of 2 hours and more fire rate, and shall not have any ceiling. In the absence of an upper floor, the roof of the building shall be constructed of non-flammable materials.2.The access to the dedicated storage tank room shall be provided with normally closed fire door of 2 hours and more fire rate.

室內儲槽場所儲存閃火點在攝氏四十度以上第四類公共危險物品，其位置、構造及設備符合前條第一項第二款至第十款、第十五款、第十七款及下列規定者，其儲槽專用室之設置得不受前條第一項第一款限制：
一、儲槽應設置於儲槽專用室。
二、儲槽注入口附近應設置自動顯示儲量裝置。
但從外部觀察容易者，得免設。
三、儲槽專用室之牆壁、樑、柱及地板應為防火構造。
四、儲槽專用室上層之地板應為防火構造，並不得設置天花板；其上無樓層時，屋頂應以不燃材料建造。
五、儲槽專用室不得設置窗戶。
六、儲槽專用室之出入口應設置一小時以上防火時效之常時關閉式防火門。
七、儲槽專用室之通風及排出設備，應設置防火閘門。
但管路以不燃材料建造，或內部設置撒水頭防護，或設置具有同等以上防護性能之措施者，不在此限。
八、儲槽專用室應具有防止六類物品流出之措施。
於供作六類物品製造場所或一般處理場所使用之建築物，設置前項場所時，其位置、構造及設備除應符合前項本文及其第一款、第二款、第五款、第七款及第八款規定外，並應符合下列規定：
一、儲槽專用室牆壁、樑、柱、地板及上層之地板，應為防火構造，具有二小時以上防火時效，並不得設置天花板；其上無樓層時，屋頂應以不燃材料建造。
二、儲槽專用室之出入口應設置二小時以上防火時效之常時關閉式防火門。
