Standards for Establishing Places for Manufacturing, Storing, Processing Public Hazardous Substances and Flammable Pressurized Gases, and Regulations on Safety Control of such Places Article 23
If the storage quantity of the Six Materials is less than 20 times the control quantity, a part of the building may be used as an indoor storage place. Its location, construction, and equipment shall meet the following requirements in addition to those set forth in Subparagraphs 10 to 15 of Article 21:1.It shall be provided on the first or the second storey of the building which the walls, pillars, and floors are all of fireproof construction.2.The part of the building used as the indoor storage place shall meet the following requirements:(1)The floor shall be higher than the ground, and the height of the story shall not be greater than 6 m.(2)The floor area shall not exceed 75 m2.(3)Walls, beams, pillars, floors and floors of the upper floor shall be of fireproof construction, and shall be separated from other places with at least 7 cm thick reinforced concrete or with floors or walls of 1 hour and more fire rate. No opening other than the access shall be provided to exterior walls that present risks.(4)The access shall be provided with normally closed fire door of 1 hour and more fire rate.(5)No windows shall be installed.(6)Ventilation and exhaust equipment shall have fire dampers. However, this does not apply to spaces where piping is constructed of non-flammable materials, installed with sprinklers, or equipped with measures that provide equivalent protection.(7)The spaces for indoor storage shall not be located adjacent to each other on the same floor.When a compartment of a manufacturing place or general processing place of the Six Materials is provided for any of the uses described in the preceding paragraph, its location, construction, and equipment shall meet the following requirements in addition to those set for in the main body, Subparagraph 1, Items 1, 2, 5, 6 and 7 of Subparagraph 2 of the preceding paragraph:1.The walls, beams, pillars, floors, and floors of the upper floor shall be of fireproof construction and shall of 2 hours and more fire rate. No opening other than the access shall be provided to exterior walls that present risks of fire spreading.2.The access shall be provided with normally closed fire door of 2 hours and more fire rate.

儲存六類物品之數量在管制量二十倍以下者，建築物之一部分得供作室內儲存場所使用，其位置、構造及設備除應符合第二十一條第十款至第十五款規定外，並應符合下列規定：
一、應設於牆壁、柱及地板均為防火構造建築物之第一層或第二層。
二、供作室內儲存場所使用之部分，應符合下列規定：
（一）地板應高於地面，且樓層高度不得超過六公尺。
（二）樓地板面積不得超過七十五平方公尺。
（三）牆壁、樑、柱、地板及上層之地板應為防火構造，且應以厚度七公分以上鋼筋混凝土或具有一小時以上防火時效之地板或牆壁與其他場所區劃，外牆有延燒之虞者，除出入口外，不得設置開口。
（四）出入口應設置一小時以上防火時效之常時關閉式防火門。
（五）不得設置窗戶。
（六）通風及排出設備，應設置防火閘門。
但管路以不燃材料建造，或內部設置撒水頭防護，或設置達同等以上防護性能之措施者，不在此限。
（七）同一樓層不得相臨設置。
於供作六類物品製造場所或一般處理場所使用之建築物，一部分供作前項場所使用時，其位置、構造及設備除應符合前項本文及其第一款、第二款第一目、第二目及第五目至第七目規定外，並應符合下列規定：
一、牆壁、樑、柱、地板及上層之地板應為防火構造，且具有二小時以上防火時效，外牆有延燒之虞者，除出入口外，不得設置開口。
二、出入口應設置二小時以上防火時效之常時關閉式防火門。
