Standards for Establishing Places for Manufacturing, Storing, Processing Public Hazardous Substances and Flammable Pressurized Gases, and Regulations on Safety Control of such Places Article 24
If an indoor storage place for the storage of Six Materials stores less than 50 times the control quantity and its height is 6 m and below, its location, construction and equipment shall meet the following requirements in addition to those set forth in Subparagraph 3, main body of Subparagraph 4, and Subparagraphs 9 to 15 of Articles 21:1.The width of the reserved space in surroundings the warehouse:(1)Not required if the storage quantity is less than 5 times the control quantity;(2)1 m or wider, if the storage quantity is 5 times and more, but less than 20 times the control quantity;(3)2 m or wider, if the storage quantity is 20 times and more, but less than 50 times the control quantity.2.The floor area of the warehouse shall not exceed 150 m2;3.Walls, beams, pillars, floors and roof of the wavehouse shall be of fireproof construction;4.The access to the warehouse shall be provided with normally closed fire door of 1 hour and more fire rate; and5.No windows shall be installed in the warehouse.If an indoor storage place for the storage of Six Materials stores less than 50 times the control quantity and its height is over 6 m but not greater than 20 m, its location, construction and equipment shall meet the following requirements in addition to those set forth in Subparagraphs 2 to 3 and main body of Subparagraph 4, prouiso and Item 3 thereof, and Subparagraphs 9 to 13 of Articles 21; and Subparagraphs 2 to 5 of the preceding paragraph.

室內儲存場所儲存六類物品之數量，未達管制量五十倍，且高度在六公尺以下者，其位置、構造及設備除應符合第二十一條第三款、第四款本文及第九款至第十五款規定外，並應符合下列規定：
一、儲存倉庫周圍保留空地寬度：
（一）未達管制量五倍者，免設保留空地。
（二）達管制量五倍以上未達二十倍者，保留空地寬度應在一公尺以上。
（三）達管制量二十倍以上未達五十倍者，保留空地寬度應在二公尺以上。
二、儲存倉庫樓地板面積，不得超過一百五十平方公尺。
三、儲存倉庫之牆壁、樑、柱、地板及屋頂應為防火構造。
四、儲存倉庫之出入口，應設置一小時以上防火時效之常時關閉式防火門。
五、儲存倉庫不得設置窗戶。
