Pawnshop Act Article 32

Pawnshops with any of the following conditions shall be subject to a fine between NT$ 10,000 and NT$ 50,000.1. Violation of the provisions in Paragraph 4 of Article 8, Paragraph 2 of Article 10, or Articles 19 to 21.2. Violation of the provisions in Paragraph 1 of Article 13 for failure to inform the pledgor, to prepare a detailed list, to notify the relevant institutions for a joint inspection, or to seal remaining pledged items.
