Self-defense Guns Control Act Article 2
The guns for self-defense referred to in this Act comprise the following:1. Category A guns: all types of handguns, rifles, carbines, and homemade guns.2. Category B guns: all types of shotguns, air guns, spearguns, and other guns with a self-defense capability.The above-mentioned categories include ammunition.

本條例所稱自衛槍枝如左：
一、甲種槍類：凡各式手槍、步槍、馬槍及土造槍屬之。
二、乙種槍類：凡具有自衛性能之各式獵槍、空氣槍、魚槍及其他槍枝屬之。
前項槍類，包括彈藥。
