Enforcement Rules for the Regional Plan Act Article 9

In any of the following occasions, the compensation that should be given to the proprietary or user pursuant to Paragraph 2, Article 14 and Article 17 of the Act shall be deposited according to the law:1.The person to whom compensation should be offered refuses to accept or can’t accept the compensation.2.The whereabouts of the person to whom compensation should be offered is unknown.
