Coastal Zone Management Act Article 11

Urban design guidelines shall be established for important coastal landscape zones designated in the integrated coastal zone management plan; the guidelines shall regulate land use layout, building and facility height, and other landscape elements.The competent authority may coordinate traditional culture preservation, ecological conservation, resource restoration, and integrated planning of community development with related agencies for areas designated by the integrated coastal zone management plan as having slow development or degradation of environment.
