Condominium Administration Act Building Administration Division Article 44
Management service staff employed by the condominium management and maintenance company shall provide services according to the following regulations:1. Carry out management and maintenance affairs according to the approved categories and items.2. May not provide their permits to be used by others or use the permits of others.3. May not be employed by two or more condominium management and maintenance companies simultaneously.4. Attend training held by the central competent authority or related institutions or organizations delegated by the central competent authority.

受僱於公寓大廈管理維護公司之管理服務人員，應依下列規定執行業務：
一、應依核准業務類別、項目執行管理維護事務。
二、不得將管理服務人員認可證提供他人使用或使用他人之認可證執業。
三、不得同時受聘於二家以上之管理維護公司。
四、應參加中央主管機關舉辦或委託之相關機構、團體辦理之訓練。
