Condominium Administration Act Building Administration Division Article 43
The condominium management and maintenance company shall provide services according to the following regulations:1. Employ a certain number of management service staff with a permit issued by the central competent authority according to the stipulated categories as well as supervise and evaluate their performance.2. Dispatch the management service staff described in the preceding subparagraph to carry out management and maintenance affairs.3. Execute the operations according to the code of business conduct.

公寓大廈管理維護公司，應依下列規定執行業務：
一、應依規定類別，聘僱一定人數領有中央主管機關核發認可證之繼續性從業之管理服務人員，並負監督考核之責。
二、應指派前款之管理服務人員辦理管理維護事務。
三、應依業務執行規範執行業務。
