Regulations on Permits for Foreigners or Foreign Organizations Engaging in Surveying and Mapping Affairs Article 11
Where the special surveying and mapping project is a Basic Survey as set forth in Paragraph 3, Article 8 of the Act or an Applied Survey prescribed in Paragraph 3, Article 18 of the Act, and where military secrets are involved, the project shall be examined and approved by the Ministry of National Defense.
